Bagar Hiu

Bagar Hiu is one of the specialties of the region of Bengkulu. Bagar Hiu is very well known in the province of Bengkulu because it tastes delicious and unique, each restaurant serves dishes in Bengkulu this one. Almost all of the seasoning used on typical food of the Bengkulu region like kelapa sangrai, Laos, kunyit, kemiri, serai, kapulaga, ketumbar, kayu manis, jahe , asam jawa, cengkeh, pala, onion and garlic. The first to cooking,  bagar hiu wash with lemon and mix all the ingredients together except asam jawa, serai, onion and garli. Then saute onion and garlic until fragrant, then enter the bagar hiu ramming and give water to taste (+ 3 cups), after that input daun serai that have been crushed. then add flavoring, after input boiling water asam jawa.
